Meet Our New SPI Machines!
Accutronics recently invested in 5 new PARMI Sigma X Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) machines. These high-tech SPI machines have greatly improved our surface mount yields, helping us to reduce touch-up time and increase quality all around. Real-time data analysis and networked SPC gives us access to a rich well of data, keeping us informed and on top of paste quality.

New DAGE X-Ray Station Installed!
Accutronics has added a second DAGE X-Ray inspection station. This equipment is utilized in evaluating the position of blind solder joints – BGAs, QFNs, etc. – in process, and inspecting solder quality – bridges, insufficient, voiding – in the post reflow state. It also aids in evaluating suspect components and trouble-shooting regions of PCBs that exhibit electrical faults.
With the addition of a second DAGE X-Ray, we have doubled our capacity and continue to stay ahead of our customers’ needs!

Accutronics has partnered with PARMI America in a collaboration effort to evaluate PARMI’s Xceed 3D Automated Optical Inspection system. Accutronics is the first company in North America to evaluate PARMI’s new Xceed 3D AOI system.
