Job Title: Documentation Coordinator I                                                
Department: Documentation
Reports to: Documentation Manager 
Effective Date: 5/16/23

Job Summary:
The Documentation Coordinator I creates documents and ensures they are prepared, maintained, distributed, updated and stored according to the organizations standards. They are also responsible for accuracy, quality and integrity of the documents.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Create process summaries and verify in-house revisions correspond with customer revision.
  • Create visual aids by importing design data files.
  • Implement revision changes and customer requested changes.
  • Implement changes to existing manufacturing process.
  • Revise and release amended documents and determine if there is an impact to work in progress.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Job Title: Process Engineer
Department: Engineering
Reports to: Engineering Manager
Effective Date: 10-15-24

Job Summary:
The Process Engineer is responsible for supporting, developing and implementing assembly manufacturing processes in order to continually improve quality performance. Works to support the movement of product through the operations on the manufacturing floor. Helps to resolve process issues, creates work instructions, provides problem resolution for process issues occurring on the manufacturing floor. Helps identify tooling, capital and aids for manufacturing.
 
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Addresses manufacturability concerns without disrupting customer’s development schedules.
  • Reviews, critiques, new job releases
  • Reviews, captures and communicates DFM/DFT issues to the customer and provides recommendations.
  • Works with document control to create build and visual aid packages for production.
  • Works with document control to interpret engineering change orders
  • Works with process engineering to ensure the introduction of product into manufacturing.
  • Works with manufacturing to determine in process DFM issues and feeds back to the customer.
  • Maintains current knowledge of applicable external standards. Acts as subject matter expert (SME) when representing company in cross functional client meetings.
  • Continually mindful of client expectations ensuring they are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of production related processes, tooling and manufacturing equipment while repeatedly manufacturing complex products.
  • Maintain ESD controls.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Electronic Engineering
  • Must be familiar with the Electronics Contract Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry
